We Win Limited has published newspaper advertisements (in English and Hindi editions on 14th and 15th August 2025) regarding its 18th Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held on Friday, 12th September 2025 at 11:00 AM at the company's registered office in Bhopal. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 6th September 2025 to Friday, 12th September 2025 (both days inclusive). E-voting facility will be available from 9th September (9:00 AM) to 11th September 2025 (5:00 PM), with 5th September 2025 as the cut-off date to determine eligible members.
