AJEL Limited has informed BSE that its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The only ordinary business on the agenda is to consider and adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2024-25 along with the Board's and Auditors' reports; there is no special business. The company has submitted its 31st Annual Report along with the AGM notice as required under SEBI's Listing Regulations. From the annual report, standalone revenue declined to Rs. 388.51 lakhs (from Rs. 462.52 lakhs), consolidated revenue was broadly flat at Rs. 1,364.38 lakhs, and the company continued to report net losses of Rs. 136.52 lakhs standalone and Rs. 165.95 lakhs consolidated, though losses narrowed compared to FY 2023-24.
