Citizen Infoline Ltd has informed BSE that its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for financial year 2024-25 will be held on Friday, 12th September 2025 at 12:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI circulars. The company has fixed Friday, 5th September 2025 as the Record Date. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 5th September 2025 to 12th September 2025 (both days inclusive) to determine shareholder eligibility for the AGM and for any dividend that may be declared. The AGM notice and Annual Report will be sent to shareholders and submitted to the Stock Exchange in due course.
Shareholders must hold shares in their demat accounts as of 5th September 2025 to be eligible to attend the AGM and receive any dividend declared. The book closure window means no share transfers will be processed during this period, which is a routine administrative step ahead of the AGM.
