Citizen Infoline Ltd (CIL) has fixed March 31, 2026 as the Record Date for the Scheme of Amalgamation where Citizen Solar Private Limited (CSPL) will merge into CIL. The Hon'ble NCLT Mumbai Bench passed an order on March 19, 2026 approving this merger under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. Under the approved share exchange ratio, for every 1 equity share of CSPL held, eligible shareholders will receive 11 equity shares of Rs. 10 each in CIL.
