Welcast Steels held its 53rd AGM on 10 September 2025 via video conferencing. Six resolutions were voted on through e-voting, and all were passed with requisite majority. The resolutions covered adoption of FY24-25 audited accounts, re-appointment of Mrs. Khushali S. Solanki as a director (retiring by rotation), continuation of Mr. Bhadresh K.
