Wendt (India) Limited held its 43rd AGM on July 21, 2025 via video conferencing, chaired by Mr. Bhagya Chandra Rao. Shareholders approved all six ordinary and special business items, including adoption of standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for FY 2024-25.
