WEP Solutions' Board approved unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) and nine months FY26. Q3 revenue from operations rose about 23% year-on-year to ₹1,858.91 lakhs (vs ₹1,509.54 lakhs in Q3 FY25), driven by growth in the Partner Business segment. However, profitability collapsed — Q3 profit before tax fell to ₹40.18 lakhs from ₹119.51 lakhs, and net profit dropped to ₹25.07 lakhs from ₹83.43 lakhs (down ~70%). For nine months, revenue grew modestly to ₹5,022.26 lakhs but net profit plunged to ₹33.01 lakhs from ₹402.54 lakhs, mainly due to weaker Enterprise Business results and rising costs including a new labour code gratuity impact of ₹17.05 lakhs. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Vineet Agrawal (IIT Delhi alumnus, ex-CEO with 23+ years of experience) as Executive Vice-Chairman for a 3-year term effective March 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Auditor Guru & Jana LLP issued an unqualified limited review report.
Despite strong top-line growth in Q3, the sharp fall in profits is a concern — margins compressed heavily with the Enterprise Business segment dragging performance. The new Vice-Chairman appointment signals leadership reinforcement, but near-term earnings weakness may weigh on investor sentiment until profitability recovers.
