WEP Solutions Ltd informed BSE that its statutory auditor, M/s Guru & Jana, has converted from a partnership firm into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the LLP Act, 2008, and will now be known as Guru & Jana LLP. The auditor will continue to serve WEP Solutions for the remaining period of its existing appointment, with no change in role or tenure.
