West Coast Paper Mills has revised the dates for its 70th Annual General Meeting and related events. The AGM has been postponed from 18th August 2025 to 28th August 2025. The record date has been moved from 8th August 2025 to 14th August 2025, and the book closure period is now 15th August to 28th August 2025 (both days inclusive). The dividend, which was declared by the Board on 23rd May 2025, will be paid to shareholders on or after 2nd September 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
