Western Ministil Limited has announced the schedule for its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, 24 September 2025 to Tuesday, 30 September 2025 (both days inclusive). The record/cut-off date for determining shareholders eligible to vote is Tuesday, 23 September 2025. Remote e-voting through NSDL's platform will be open from Saturday, 27 September 2025 (9:00 am IST) to Monday, 29 September 2025 (5:00 pm IST). The AGM will be held via video conferencing (OAVM/VC), and venue voting will also be available for shareholders attending without prior e-voting.
Shareholders must hold shares by 23 September 2025 to be eligible to vote at the AGM. Any share transactions during the book closure period (24–30 September 2025) will not be processed, so investors should plan buying or selling activity accordingly before the closure.
