WeWork India reported record FY26 results with revenue of ₹2,477.4 Cr (up 23.4% YoY), EBITDA of ₹499.2 Cr at 20.2% margin, and PAT of ₹179 Cr which compounded 8x in two years. Free cash flow from operations reached ₹585.5 Cr, up 44.3%, and the company turned net debt negative (-₹11.7 Cr) for the first time. Occupancy hit all-time highs at 86.9% portfolio-wide and 88.9% in mature centres across 76 centres in 8 cities. The company also launched RIVET, a standalone design and build business, expanding beyond core workspace operations into a full-stack platform. FY27 opens with the strongest locked-in revenue position on record at ₹1,885 Cr.
WeWork India is demonstrating strong operating leverage with improving margins, cash generation, and deleveraging.
