WeWork India has signed a 60-month Managed Office Membership Agreement with TMUS India Private Limited to operationalize its earlier-announced capacity addition in Hyderabad. The deal covers five floors (~250,348 sq ft, 1,507 workstations) at Phoenix H10 and is valued at ₹475.49 crore excluding taxes. The client has a 42-month committed term, and the fit-out is expected to be completed by May 21, 2026. The counterparty is a domestic entity and the transaction is not a related-party deal.
This is a sizeable, long-tenure contract that strengthens WeWork India's presence in Hyderabad and locks in multi-year recurring revenue, which is a positive for occupancy and revenue visibility. Shareholders should view it as a growth-supportive development, though the financial impact will spread over the 60-month period.
