WeWork India reported Q1FY27 revenue of Rs 6,838.32 million, up about 28 percent YoY, with consolidated loss narrowing to Rs 40.61 million from Rs 141.47 million. Board approved amending MoA objects to add e-commerce, digital platforms, and tech-enabled business activities. Reclassified authorised share capital to all-equity by removing the CCPS class. Also approved using about Rs 20,501.60 million from Securities Premium Account to set off accumulated losses, pending shareholder and NCLT approval. No change to paid-up capital or shareholding.
Narrowing losses and revenue growth are positives. Capital cleanup improves balance sheet optics but does not change shareholder value. All items need member and NCLT approval.
