Wheels India crossed the Rs.5,000 Cr revenue milestone in FY26, posting Rs.5,124 Cr against Rs.4,425 Cr in FY25, a 16% increase. Full-year net profit rose 31% to Rs.138.56 Cr from Rs.105.85 Cr. Q4 FY26 was a record quarter with net profit of Rs.52 Cr (up 44%) and revenue of Rs.1,471 Cr (up 23%), driven by strong domestic demand in car, truck, and tractor segments linked to GST 2.0 reforms, plus earthmover wheel exports. Consolidated profit crossed Rs.150 Cr at Rs.158 Cr. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs.9.14 per share, taking the total annual dividend to Rs.14.44 per share. The CMD flagged that commodity and fuel price inflation may mute demand growth in FY27.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth with record Q4 performance is positive for the stock. The dividend yield and consolidated profit milestone are encouraging, though the FY27 demand outlook is cautious due to input cost headwinds.
