Whirlpool of India reported strong consolidated results for Q4 FY25 with revenue from operations at Rs. 2,004.7 Cr, up 15.6% year-on-year, and profit after tax at Rs. 119.5 Cr, up 50.5% YoY. Consolidated EBITDA grew 27.4% to Rs. 183 Cr. For the full year FY25, consolidated revenue rose 16% to Rs. 7,919 Cr and PAT jumped 61.7% to Rs. 362.8 Cr, marking four consecutive quarters of double-digit revenue growth. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue grew 17.2% to Rs. 7,420.8 Cr and PAT surged 87.2% to Rs. 313.4 Cr. Growth was driven by market share gains in refrigerators and washing machines, strong momentum in the premium and air conditioner categories, and cost productivity actions. New E-Waste regulations were a headwind, dragging consolidated PBT by Rs 41 Cr for the year.
Strong, broad-based results with double-digit revenue growth, sharp profit expansion, and market share gains despite a soft industry backdrop, signalling operational momentum that is likely to be viewed positively by investors. The E-Waste regulation impact is a recurring cost overhang to watch.
