The Board of Winsome Breweries approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025 on 14 February 2026. Total income from operations stood at ₹5.35 lakhs in Q3 FY26, sharply lower than ₹26.72 lakhs in the preceding quarter and ₹6.22 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. The company slipped into a loss with a Profit Before Tax of ₹(17.41) lakhs and a Net Loss of ₹(17.43) lakhs in Q3 FY26, against a profit of ₹20.50 lakhs and ₹12.98 lakhs respectively in prior quarters. For the nine months of FY26, the company still reported a profit of ₹57.52 lakhs on revenue from operations of ₹85.20 lakhs. Critically, the company's beer manufacturing plant in Rajasthan remains idle since United Breweries terminated its bottling agreement, with the Beer segment reporting zero revenue. Revenue now comes from the Education & Training and Investment segments. The statutory auditor O.P. Bagla & Co LLP issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
The company has effectively lost its core beer-making revenue stream and is now dependent on its education/training and investment businesses. The Q3 swing into loss and the idle beer plant raise concerns about future earnings stability and are negative signals for the stock.
