Wipro has completed its acquisition of Mindsprint, the IT and digital services business of Olam Group. The deal, originally announced on April 6, 2026, is part of an 8-year strategic transformation engagement with Olam Group, a US$50+ billion food and agri-business headquartered in Singapore with nearly 40,000 employees. Mindsprint, which becomes a wholly owned subsidiary operating as 'Mindsprint, a Wipro Company,' brings over 3,200 professionals with deep expertise in supply chain, commodity trading, and proprietary IP-led solutions including Farmsprint, Procuresprint, and Tradesprint platforms. The acquisition strengthens Wipro's farm-to-fork capabilities and accelerates deployment of Wipro Intelligence™ across the food and agri-business industry.
This acquisition expands Wipro's domain expertise and client base in the high-value food and agri-business sector while adding over 3,200 skilled professionals. The strategic deal with a US$50+ billion global enterprise provides long-term revenue visibility and strengthens Wipro's competitive position in AI-powered supply chain transformation.
