Wipro Limited has informed exchanges that a Board meeting is scheduled for April 15-16, 2026. The Board will consider and approve the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results under IndAS for Q4 and FY2026 (quarter and year ended March 31, 2026). Consolidated results under IFRS will also be considered. Financial results will be formally approved on April 16, 2026. Separately, the trading window for dealing in Wipro securities is closed from March 16, 2026 to April 18, 2026 (both days inclusive), in line with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
