Capco RISC Consulting LLC has merged with The Capital Markets Company, LLC, effective March 30, 2026 (Eastern Time). 2. Cardinal US Holdings, Inc. has merged with Wipro IT Services, LLC, effective March 31, 2026 (Eastern Time). The Company received intimation to this effect on April 1, 2026.
