Wires & Fabriks SA Ltd held its Board Meeting on 28 May 2026 approving several key changes. Mr. Pramod Agarwal was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective immediately. Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with over 27 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Taxation across IT, Real Estate, and Manufacturing sectors. The Board also appointed M/s RB Verma & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Three senior leadership re-appointments were approved effective April 2027: Mr. Kishan Kumar Khaitan as Chairman, Dr. Mahendra Khaitan as Vice Chairman (designation changed from Managing Director), and Mr. Devesh Khaitan as Managing Director (designation changed from Joint Managing Director), all for 5-year terms. All three re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. Mr. Bhagirath Modi was also added to the Audit Committee.
