Wires & Fabriks SA Ltd announced several key appointments from its Board meeting on May 28, 2026. The company appointed Mr. Pramod Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant with over 27 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Project Management, as its new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. Three senior directors were re-appointed for 5-year terms effective April 1, 2027: Mr. Kishan Kumar Khaitan as Chairman, Dr. Mahendra Khaitan as Vice Chairman (with change from Managing Director), and Mr. Devesh Khaitan as Managing Director (elevated from Joint Managing Director). Additionally, Mr. Bhagirath Modi was appointed to the Audit Committee, and M/s RB Verma & Associates was named Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. All director re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
