The Board of Wires & Fabriks (S.A.) Limited, at its meeting on 24th May 2025, approved several key appointments and re-appointments. Mr. Hansmukh Patel, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of manufacturing industry experience, was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective immediately.
