At the 68th Annual General Meeting held on 29th July 2025, shareholders of Wires & Fabriks SA Ltd approved the re-appointment of Shri Rishi Bajoria and Dr. Sudhir Bhandari as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term of 5 years each, effective 21st July 2025.
