WSFx Global Pay, an RBI-licensed forex and outward remittance company, shared its FY25 results with investors. Gross turnover rose 18% YoY to INR 5,722 Cr while operating revenue grew 24% to INR 86.52 Cr. Profit before tax jumped 61% YoY to INR 6.63 Cr, though reported PAT was hurt by a INR 3.16 Cr deferred tax reversal (a non-cash item). The board recommended a final dividend of Re 1.50 per share (15% on face value). Growth was strong across segments — corporate GTO at 114% CAGR, forex cards at 96% CAGR, and student segment at 46% CAGR — with 60% of turnover now coming from digital channels and the Global Pay platform hosting 44,500 users.
Improved profitability and dividend signal operational strength, but broader headwinds — 16% YoY decline in student forex, higher TCS on remittances, and rising competition from banks and fintechs — could cap earnings growth and pressure margins in the near term.
