WSFX Global Pay has informed shareholders that their dividends from FY 2018-19 have been unclaimed for seven consecutive years. Shareholders must claim by 25 October 2026 by contacting the company or registrar Bigshare Services. If unclaimed, both the dividend and corresponding equity shares will transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). KYC details must be updated for payment. The company had earlier transferred FY 2017-18 related shares to IEPF.
Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from FY 2018-19 must act before 25 October 2026 or risk losing both the dividend and corresponding shares to IEPF.
