Promoters of Xelpmoc Design and Tech have collectively sold 3,24,804 shares (2.20% of total equity capital) through open-market transactions between 3 September 2025 and 24 December 2025. The selling was done by three members — Bhavna Chattopadhyay (2.89% → 1.65%), Srinivas Koora (16.24% → 15.94%) and Jaison Jose (5.02% → 4.36%); other promoter-group members reported no change. As a result, aggregate promoter and PAC holding has fallen from 51.93% to 49.73% of total share capital (50.74% → 48.59% on a diluted basis), crossing below the 50% mark.
