Xelpmoc shared details from its Q4 and FY25 earnings call. Consolidated FY25 revenue fell sharply to INR 39 million from INR 64.7 million in FY24, as the company wound down its startup incubation model and shifted focus to corporate clients and in-house AI/ML products. However, operating EBITDA loss narrowed meaningfully from negative INR 149.1 million to negative INR 73.2 million, and Q4 EBITDA loss improved from negative INR 49.2 million to negative INR 15.3 million. The Board approved a partial sale of its stake in portfolio company Mihup for INR 100 million, valuing Mihup at around INR 402 crore; Xelpmoc will retain roughly 6.4-6.5% post-exit. Fair value of portfolio investments rose to INR 631.8 million from INR 546.3 million. Revenue mix for FY25 stood at 84% corporate, 15% startup, 1% government. The company is targeting three verticals (real estate, BFSI, legal tech) and has just launched an ElderTech SaaS offering, but explicitly declined to give forward revenue or profitability targets, saying those depend on stabilization.
Mixed for shareholders: revenue continues to decline sharply on the legacy startup model, but the EBITDA loss is shrinking and the INR 100 crore Mihup exit adds liquidity to the balance sheet. The lack of forward-looking guidance and the shift away from startup incubation may keep the stock under pressure until the new in-house product strategy shows traction.
