Crisil Ratings Limited has submitted the final Monitoring Agency Report for Xpro India Limited's Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of Rs 1,441.83 million (fully utilized) and the quarterly report for Preferential Issue of Rs 139.99 crore (65.36 crore utilized, 74.63 crore unutilized). For QIP, all proceeds have been deployed towards capital expenditure at Barjora (Rs 282.70M), debt prepayment (Rs 98.80M), working capital (Rs 660M), ERP implementation (Rs 32.39M), and general corporate purposes (Rs 367.94M). For the Preferential Issue, Rs 59.10 crore has been utilized for capital expenditure (construction of Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC manufacturing plant in UAE), Rs 3.42 crore for working capital, and Rs 2.84 crore for general corporate purposes. The unutilized Rs 74.63 crore is parked in fixed deposits earning 3.25-6.90% interest, maturing between May 2026 and February 2027. No deviations from offer document objects have been reported. The QIP is now concluded as final report.
