Xtglobal Infotech reported Q1 FY26 results with mixed performance. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations dipped about 3.5% YoY to Rs 1,777.35 lakhs (vs Rs 1,842.12 lakhs in Q1 FY25), and net profit fell around 23.6% to Rs 152.14 lakhs (vs Rs 199.05 lakhs). EPS stood at Rs 0.11. On a consolidated basis, revenue jumped roughly 87% YoY to Rs 9,230.56 lakhs and net profit climbed about 72% to Rs 373.54 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.22). The big jump in consolidated numbers is largely because Network Objects Inc became a subsidiary (stake raised from 44.33% to 51.33% on Dec 31, 2024) and is now fully consolidated from Jan 1, 2025, making YoY comparisons not strictly like-for-like. The auditor (C. Ramachandram & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications, and the company confirmed no defaults on loans/debt.
Standalone results show mild revenue and profit softness, which may concern investors looking at the core IT/ITES business. Consolidated numbers look strong, but the growth is driven by subsidiary consolidation rather than organic expansion, so head-to-head YoY comparisons should be read with caution. No negative signals from the auditor or debt side.
