Yaan Enterprises has informed BSE that Ms. Priyanka Goyal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has resigned effective close of business on 10 July 2026 due to personal reasons. She cited personal reasons in her resignation letter and requested the board to relieve her immediately and file the necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies. The company has disclosed the details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. Managing Director Ranjith Soman signed the intimation.
