Yaan Enterprises (formerly Crown Tours Ltd) reported a sharp jump in Q3 FY26 revenue to Rs 887.60 lakhs, up from Rs 172.12 lakhs in Q3 FY25 — a more than 5x increase. Nine-month FY26 revenue surged to Rs 1,067.60 lakhs versus Rs 301.88 lakhs in the same period last year. The growth was almost entirely driven by a new 'Trading of Goods' segment that contributed Rs 786.94 lakhs in Q3, while the Construction segment actually declined to Rs 76.26 lakhs from Rs 153.06 lakhs year-on-year. Profit after tax rose to Rs 34.95 lakhs in Q3 (vs Rs 18.83 lakhs YoY) and Rs 39.43 lakhs for nine months (vs Rs 22.88 lakhs). EPS stood at Rs 1.13 for the quarter. The auditor issued an unqualified review report with no modifications or emphasis of matter.
Strong headline growth and improved profitability are positive, but the surge is almost entirely from a newly added trading segment while the legacy construction business is shrinking. Investors should watch whether the new trading revenue is sustainable and whether margins hold up in coming quarters.
