Simultaneously, Mr. Suvadeep Dey, a Chartered Accountant and ICAI member, has been appointed as Internal Auditor for Financial Year 2026-27. Both appointments were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Audit Committee and Board. Both individuals have confirmed they are not related to any Director or KMP of the Company.
