Yajur Fibres reported audited results for FY26 with standalone revenue of Rs. 10,097 Lakhs, down 11.3% from Rs. 11,386 Lakhs in FY25. Consolidated revenue dropped more sharply to Rs. 10,104 Lakhs from Rs. 14,081 Lakhs, a 28% decline. Profit after tax fell to Rs. 752 Lakhs from Rs. 1,164 Lakhs in standalone, and to Rs. 752 Lakhs from Rs. 1,168 Lakhs in consolidated. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company completed an IPO in January 2026 raising Rs. 12,041 Lakhs, with Rs. 5,623 Lakhs utilized as of March 31, 2026. Share capital more than doubled to Rs. 2,268 Lakhs from Rs. 1,576 Lakhs.
The significant revenue decline and negative operating cash flow of Rs. 2,909 Lakhs (standalone) indicate working capital stress. Despite clean audit opinion and IPO proceeds boosting balance sheet, the company faces challenges in revenue growth and cash generation which may concern investors.
