Yash Highvoltage, a transformer bushing manufacturer, reported strong H1 FY26 results with total revenue rising 78.6% YoY to INR 102 crores and EBITDA up 109.9% YoY to INR 23 crores (22.8% margin, up 341 bps). PAT grew 119.4% YoY to INR 14 crores, with debt-to-equity at a healthy 0.17. Key announcements included acquiring a 50% stake in Pune-based Sukrut Electric Company (with Quality Power as partner), launching ESFP USA for the American market, and new distribution tie-ups with Weidmann and Electrolink UK. The greenfield project scaling capacity to 550 kV is on track, expected to be commercially operational by H2 FY27 with a capex of over INR 100 crores. Order book stands at over INR 300 crores with 1.5-2 year execution visibility, and management targets a minimum 35% CAGR with aspirations for 8x-10x revenue growth over the next 8-10 years.
Strong H1 performance, healthy order book, and clear capacity expansion roadmap are positive signals for shareholders, though the full benefit of margin expansion from the greenfield plant is back-end loaded (expected from FY28 onwards). Short-term focus remains on execution of existing order pipeline and ramp-up of new facility.
