Yash Highvoltage plans to raise around Rs 151 crore through a preferential issue of equity shares and convertible warrants priced at Rs 721 each. The issue covers up to 12,62,131 shares and 8,32,177 warrants, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Proceeds will fund expansion of its RIP bushing facility from 245 kV to the 550 kV range, brownfield expansion of OIP bushing capacity, and new high-voltage testing infrastructure. The company says marquee institutional and family office investors are participating.
Raises growth capital for capacity and product expansion but may dilute existing shareholders. Move into 550 kV bushing segment could support long-term revenue growth.
