Yash Management & Satellite Ltd has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025 in Business Standard and Mumbai Mitra, as required by SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, the company swung back to a profit of Rs. 20.26 lakh in Q3 FY26, compared with a loss of Rs. 102.72 lakh in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26) and a loss of Rs. 13.57 lakh in Q3 FY25. Total income from operations rose sharply to Rs. 773.93 lakh in Q3 FY26 from Rs. 361.82 lakh in Q2 FY26 and Rs. 579.38 lakh in Q3 FY25, more than doubling sequentially. On a consolidated basis, Q3 FY26 also showed a profit of Rs. 26.46 lakh versus a loss of Rs. 73.83 lakh in the previous quarter. The nine-month loss narrowed significantly to Rs. 69.63 lakh (standalone) and Rs. 24.15 lakh (consolidated) from Rs. 140.28 lakh and Rs. 105.73 lakh a year earlier. EPS for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs. 0.01 (standalone) and Rs. 0.03 (consolidated), reversing the negative EPS seen in prior quarters.
For retail shareholders, the key takeaway is a clear return to profitability in Q3 after consecutive losses, driven by a sharp sequential jump in revenue. The narrowing of nine-month losses is a positive signal, though the absolute profit is still small and full-year performance remains in the red. The stock may see a modest positive reaction, but the small scale of earnings means the impact is limited.
