Yash Management & Satellite Ltd submitted the newspaper cuttings of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025, as published in Business Standard (English) and Mumbai Mitra (Marathi), in line with SEBI LODR requirements. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose to Rs 473.67 lakhs from Rs 427.73 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company swung back to a net profit of Rs 12.83 lakhs, compared with a net loss of Rs 75.93 lakhs in Q1 FY25. EPS (basic and diluted) improved to Rs 0.31 from a loss of Rs 0.46 per share. Consolidated results showed a similar pattern, with net profit of Rs 23.22 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 70.28 lakhs a year ago. The results were approved by the Board on 11 August 2025.
The return to profit and modest revenue growth in Q1 FY26 are mildly positive signals for shareholders, though the absolute numbers remain very small. This filing itself is a routine regulatory disclosure (newspaper republication of results already filed with BSE) and is unlikely to move the stock on its own.
