Yasho Industries reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue of Rs 81,729 lakhs, up 20% from Rs 67,985 lakhs in FY2025. Net profit jumped 256% to Rs 2,148 lakhs from Rs 602 lakhs, while consolidated net profit rose 314% to Rs 2,526 lakhs. Basic EPS improved significantly to Rs 20.95 from Rs 5.32. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (5% yield on face value), subject to shareholder approval. Two independent directors, Mr. Ullal Ravindra Bhat and Mr. Anurag Surana, are being reappointed for another 5-year term. Despite the headline about management change, no resignations or new appointments occurred - only routine reappointments. Auditors Gokhale & Sathe issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong financial performance with profit tripling should be positive for shareholders. The headline about management change appears misleading as no actual resignations or new appointments occurred - only independent director reappointments which are routine governance matters.
