Yasho Industries filed a revised Q3FY26 investor presentation showing revenue of ₹201.83 crores in Q3, up 35% year-on-year and 10% quarter-on-quarter, driven by 33% volume growth. For 9MFY26, revenue stood at ₹583.76 crores, a 19% jump over last year. However, profitability came under pressure — Q3 EBITDA margin slipped to 16.65% from 18.50% a year ago, and gross margin fell sharply from 45.60% to 37.54%, mainly because the new Pakhajan facility ran below optimal utilisation. The company highlighted a fully funded MNC strategic project worth ₹85-90 crores with ₹19.90 crores advance received, two new manufacturing lines being installed (₹25.9 crores capex, trials from March 2026), and a future revenue potential of ₹1,500 crores at 40% utilisation, targeting 15-25% annual growth long-term.
Short-term, margins are under pressure due to under-utilisation of the new Pakhajan plant, which may keep stock volatility high. However, strong volume growth, fully-funded customer projects, and clear capacity expansion plans support a positive long-term growth story for shareholders.
