Yasho Industries shared its Q3 & 9MFY26 investor presentation. Q3FY26 revenue grew 35% year-on-year to ₹201.83 crores, supported by a strong 33% volume growth. EBITDA rose 21% YoY to ₹33.62 crores, but margins slipped to 16.65% from 18.50% as the new Pakhajan facility ran below optimal utilisation. 9MFY26 revenue stood at ₹583.76 crores (up 19% YoY) with EBITDA of ₹99.74 crores. The company is executing a customer-funded ₹85–90 crore strategic manufacturing project for a large MNC, with commercialisation expected from Q1 FY28 and ₹19.90 crore advance already received. Two new manufacturing lines (₹25.9 crore capex) are slated to start commercial production from Q1 FY27. Management indicated the Pakhajan facility has potential to deliver ₹1,500 crore in revenue and support 15–25% annual long-term growth.
Strong revenue growth and a clear capacity expansion roadmap are positives, but near-term margin pressure from the underutilised Pakhajan plant may keep sentiment cautious. Shareholders should track margin recovery as new lines and the MNC project ramp up in FY27–FY28.
