Yasho Industries' Board, meeting on July 30, 2025, approved Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone and consolidated results along with the auditor's limited review report from Gokhale & Sathe. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹19,787.87 lakhs from ₹17,610.43 lakhs a year ago (up ~12%), while net profit jumped sharply to ₹562.97 lakhs from ₹64.39 lakhs (about 8.7x), pushing basic EPS to ₹4.67 from ₹0.56. Consolidated net profit stood at ₹364.46 lakhs versus a loss of ₹246.18 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Exports made up roughly 68% of standalone revenue at ₹13,514.67 lakhs. The Board also approved the 5-year re-appointment of the three Jhaveri family directors — Parag (MD & CEO), Yayesh (Whole-time Director) and Vinod (Chairman & Executive Director) — effective February 20, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Dhrumil M. Shah & Co. LLP was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30), and the dates of the AGM and final dividend record date will be announced later.
Strong quarter with a sharp rebound in profits and steady topline growth, especially from exports, is a positive signal for shareholders. Continuity in promoter-led management reduces governance uncertainty, while the upcoming AGM and final dividend declaration will be the next near-term catalysts to watch.
