Yatharth Hospital reported record Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 3,416 million, up 47% YoY, driven by strong traction from newer hospitals in Greater Faridabad, Faridabad Sector-20, New Delhi, and Agra which contributed Rs 753 million (22% of group revenue). EBITDA rose 37% YoY to Rs 799 million, though EBITDA margin contracted to 23.4% from 25.0% in Q4 FY25 due to hospital ramp-up costs; adjusted margin stood at 30.4%. PAT grew 15% YoY to Rs 447 million. Full-year FY26 revenue was Rs 12,072 million (up 36%) and EBITDA was Rs 2,921 million (up 30%). Group ARPOB increased to Rs 33,283 (up 5% YoY) with newer facilities showing encouraging ARPOBs. A recently acquired 250-bed Gurugram facility is expected to commence operations at the beginning of FY27, strengthening NCR presence. Operating cash flows were Rs 2,866 million with 98% cash conversion ratio.
Strong top-line growth and cash generation are positives, but margin contraction from new hospital ramp-up costs and lower EBITDA margins signal near-term profitability pressure as the company scales its expanded footprint.
