York Exports' board, meeting on 30 May 2025, approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25. Standalone revenue from operations rose about 11% to Rs 35.06 crore (from Rs 31.57 crore), but profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 42.55 lakh from Rs 81.79 lakh (~48% decline) as expenses, especially finance costs and other expenses, climbed faster than revenue. On a consolidated basis, including share of profit from associate York Oil & Fats Pvt Ltd, PAT jumped to Rs 4.78 crore from Rs 27.47 lakh. The auditor (M/s Nanda & Bhatia) issued an unmodified opinion on both sets of results, and the company operates only in the knitted garments segment.
Mixed picture for shareholders: top-line growth is healthy but standalone profitability has nearly halved and standalone operating cash flow turned sharply negative, while borrowings rose meaningfully (non-current borrowings up ~178% to Rs 10.72 crore). The strong consolidated PAT is largely driven by the associate company's earnings rather than the parent's core garment business, so core standalone earnings quality remains weak.
