York Exports Ltd has submitted copies of newspaper clippings from Business Standard (Hindi) and Financial Express (English) where its Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 results were advertised, in line with SEBI disclosure rules. The results show a dramatic collapse in standalone revenue, falling from about ₹1,449.76 lakhs in Q2 FY25 to just ₹78.81 lakhs in Q2 FY26, a drop of nearly 95%. Standalone net profit after tax also plunged from ₹61.63 lakhs to a meagre ₹0.37 lakhs, with EPS shrinking to ₹0.01 from ₹1.83. Curiously, consolidated net profit jumped sharply to ₹474.21 lakhs versus ₹56.67 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, even though consolidated revenue matches the standalone figure, suggesting subsidiaries or consolidation adjustments drove the gain. The results were approved by the board on 14 November 2025.
Shareholders should be alarmed by the near-total evaporation of standalone operating income and profit in Q2 FY26. The wide gap between consolidated and standalone numbers is unusual and warrants closer scrutiny, as standalone performance is what directly reflects this listed entity's core business health.
