Yuken India Limited published its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Standalone total income from operations grew marginally to Rs 11,650.32 lakh in Q4 (vs Rs 10,346.96 lakh in Q4 FY25) and Rs 40,251.61 lakh for the full year (vs Rs 39,693.03 lakh). However, standalone net profit after tax declined to Rs 437.38 lakh in Q4 (vs Rs 504.73 lakh) and Rs 1,335.62 lakh for FY26 (vs Rs 1,384.00 lakh). On a consolidated basis, total income was Rs 46,618.47 lakh for FY26 but net profit dropped significantly to Rs 1,439.03 lakh from Rs 2,460.16 lakh in the previous year. The Board has recommended a final dividend of 15% (Rs 1.5 per equity share of Rs 10) for FY26. Statutory auditors have issued an unmodified review opinion.
While revenue showed slight improvement, both standalone and consolidated net profits declined year-on-year, with consolidated profit dropping nearly 42%. This earnings contraction may exert negative pressure on the stock price in the near term despite the dividend announcement.
