Yuken India has disclosed a preferential allotment of 5,84,000 equity shares (face value Rs. 10) to its Japanese promoter, Yuken Kogyo Company Limited. This raises Yuken Kogyo's direct stake from 44.62% to 47.00% (from 58,00,000 to 63,84,000 shares). The total promoter group holding (including PACs like C P Rangachar, Vidya Rangachar, Madhuri Rangachar, and Benefic Investment and Finance) increased from 56.16% to 58.04%, crossing 58% of the company. Consequently, the company's total equity share capital rose from Rs. 13.00 crore to Rs. 13.58 crore (from 1.30 crore to 1.3584 crore shares), resulting in roughly 4.3% dilution for non-promoter shareholders.
This shows the parent company's continued commitment and increased control in Yuken India, which existing shareholders may view positively as a sign of promoter confidence. However, non-promoter investors face a modest dilution of their holding and ownership percentage due to the new share issuance.
