ZF Steering Gear India has sent a Postal Ballot notice to shareholders seeking approval to reclassify three members of the promoter group as Public shareholders. The three individuals are Mrs. Amita Jinendra Munot (1.62%), Mr. Piyush Jinendra Munot (1.28%), and Mr. Yash Munot (1.24%), together holding about 4.14% of the company's paid-up equity.
