ZF Steering Gear India has three subsidiaries, all of which are progressing. DriveSys Systems (wholly-owned) began commercial operations in March 2024, and its Phase II expansion is expected to be completed by March 2026. Metacast Auto (subsidiary and JV) commenced commercial operations in November 2024. NexSteer Systems (wholly-owned) is still under construction, with the factory building expected to be ready by end of June 2025, after which the commercial start date will be announced.
