Zaggle reported its highest-ever yearly performance, with FY25 revenue from operations at ₹13,026.5 Mn, up 68% YoY, surpassing its own guidance of crossing the ₹13,000 Mn mark. FY25 PAT nearly doubled to ₹874.8 Mn (+98.7% YoY), and Adjusted EBITDA grew 45.5% YoY to ₹1,244.9 Mn. Q4 FY25 was also a record quarter, with revenue of ₹4,114.5 Mn (+50.5% YoY) and PAT of ₹319.6 Mn (+66.8% YoY). The company serves 3,455 corporate customers with churn below 1.5% and 3.28 million users, and has issued over 50 million prepaid cards. Two strategic acquisitions were completed during the year: TaxSpanner (98.3% stake for ₹568.3 Mn) and Mobileware Technologies (38.34% stake for ₹228.5 Mn). New product launches include Zatix, Fleet Solutions, and ZIP (international payments), and the company won customers like Indus Towers, Tech Mahindra, Siemens, and Honasa Consumer.
Strong beat on both revenue and profitability, with management raising FY26 EBITDA margin guidance to 10-11% and projecting 35-40% organic topline growth. The completed acquisitions and expanding customer wins support the growth narrative, likely to be viewed positively by investors.
