Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Venkatesh Ramachandran as Group Chief Financial Officer (KMP and Senior Management) effective May 18, 2026. He is a seasoned finance professional with over 27 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, logistics, IT services, and other sectors, most recently serving as CFO at Biological E. Limited. Concurrently, Mr. Rajesh Tummalaganti, who was serving as Interim CFO, will cease that role effective May 17, 2026, upon closure of business hours. However, Mr. Tummalaganti will continue with the Company as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. The appointment follows recommendation by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.
